4th grade Graduation - Last Day of School

You made it! You are no longer in elementary school. You finished the year with straight A's and Perfect Attendance. You are still a teacher's pet or at least seem to like hanging with them as much as you like hanging with your friends, as evidenced by all the pictures you took with teachers. You cried a little because you are a crier and a lot of the girls were crying. You calmed down enough to eat 3 cupcakes. :)

We are so proud of you and so glad you had a wonderful experience at Lockeland. We will be there for 8 more years; so no need to shed any tears over that building or the teachers, we'll be back in the fall!

4th Grade Party

Phew- lots of end of LDC events

The 4th graders had their own - not in school party. Ya'll just hung out at the Y and had fun in a photo booth. The teachers made a surprise visit and shocker - you took pics with them.

There was a quick rain shower and lots of kids actually jumped in a stream and got muddy. I was very thankful you chose not to. :)

4th Grade Downtown Scavenger Hunt

It's the event everyone looks forward to - and I chaperoned for the 1st time. The Killer Girlz took 4th place and walked over 7 miles. Good job! I think you were happy and sad that I was there since you didn't have money of your own and didn't get ice cream. Sorry, not sorry. The whole fam got ice cream after dinner; so still a win!

It was a beautiful day to be downtown and very fun to ride the bus. Good practice for middle school. :)

4th grade - Battle of Books

You made the team again, and finished in 2nd -again! I was very proud of you and your team- they came from behind. You do love academic compensation and I hope you continue to compete in middle school!

Girlscout Camping

Your troop leader got appendicitis and guess who took over and still took you camping. Me! Good thing we were in a cabin!

I came up with the idea to do a selfie scavenger hunt and a fashion show- all were hits:)

You also ventured into the stream with Ms. Jones.

You were glad I came - so success!
