1st grade - 4th quarter Report Card

You ended the year with all Es and 3s - keep up the great work!

Sweet note from Ms. Young -
Maevy has had an incredible year in first grade! She has put forth her best effort into most all of her work. She is a great leader and friend in our classroom. She is most definitely ready for the rigor of second grade. I'm so proud of you, Maevy!

GS Camping Trip

You survived and had a great time on your 1st girl scout camping trip. You came home exhausted and barely put up a fight when I suggested you take a nap - which ended up being over an hour.

Here you are all packed up -
And your troop - all ready to go -

Glad you had a blast!

End of 1st Grade Reading Level

Hey Maevster -

Off the charts again in reading - it looks like your currently testing at end of 4th grade reading level.

I thought the note from Ms. Young was smart and sweet.

Keep up the great work! I hope your love of reading stays with you for a lifetime!

Love,

Mommy

Strawberry Picking

Maevy -

Goodness- I think you're a strawberry picking pro. This is your 5th year! Thanks for helping pick - I think you did most of your basket all on your own!

2011 - too cute!
2016

Mother's Day 2016

Here are all of my wonderful Mother's Day gifts - including some homemade bath salts (not pictured)

You thought it was hilarious that you called me Moomy in the little booklet. I love that you said it was from "pumpkin". :)

Bridging to Brownies

Hey Maevy-

You got off easy and were able to "bridge" to Brownies with just 1 year as a Daisy. I totally lost your Daisy petals - so luckily you were cool with us being resourceful and we drew them on with fabric markers.

Then after the ceremony you got the rest of your patches and more petals - even though I think you're officially done with this tunic. I;m having Daddy iron them on tonight!
