Sprinkler Fun

Last weekend, we were able to have some fun in the sun and the sprinkler!

Weekend Round-Up Hot Edition

It was HOT this weekend, like unbearably hot, like 100 degree hot. Looks like we joined the pool just in time. I searched all over to find you the right type of swimming life jacket/floaty thing and settled on the one pictured below. It gives you a little more freedom to explore and practice your paddling skills. You loved propelling yourself forward and even floating on your back. We went both Saturday and Sunday. Sunday we were smart enough to bring your sunglasses which you finally kept on. I think you finally figured out that they let you see in all the sun!

We also played on shady toddler playground near the pool and you climbed UP with slide all by yourself. You are such a big girl!

We're looking forward to many more pool days this summer.

Red Handed

Last Friday when you were home sick with Mommy, you successfully opened the zip lock baggie of cherrios and helped yourself to a few. Following this incident, you ran away from the scary vacuum.
