Labor Day Weekend Re-cap

It was surprise Saturday - and we headed to Kentucky Kingdom for 2 days!

It was super fun- but no amount of convincing or bribing could get you to ride a roller coaster with me. Maybe next year... I think your favorite ride was a mini-kid roller coaster and the Tin Lizzies.

Back in Nashville on Labor Day - we visited the WW2II Landing Ship LST-325.

Hi Maevy, this is M & Pop, your Taylor grandparents. We went on a trip with you around the 4th of July, 2012. We drove to Chattanooga, TN, and stayed at the Chattanoogan Hotel for three nights. We went swimming, out to eat at neat places, road the Incline railway up Lookout Mountain, and spent a long morning at the Discovery Center. You ran most of the way through the Tennessee Aquarium, but did seem fascinated with a scuba diver inside the environment, playing with a swimming turtle. We took you home on July 4th and returned to Germantown with great memories!
