Your troop leader got appendicitis and guess who took over and still took you camping. Me! Good thing we were in a cabin!

I came up with the idea to do a selfie scavenger hunt and a fashion show- all were hits:)

You also ventured into the stream with Ms. Jones.

You were glad I came - so success!

You might have been a little cold at night, but it sounded like you had a great time...and everything we packed came back- so success!

GS Camping Trip

You survived and had a great time on your 1st girl scout camping trip. You came home exhausted and barely put up a fight when I suggested you take a nap - which ended up being over an hour.

Bridging to Brownies

Hey Maevy-

You got off easy and were able to "bridge" to Brownies with just 1 year as a Daisy. I totally lost your Daisy petals - so luckily you were cool with us being resourceful and we drew them on with fabric markers.

Then after the ceremony you got the rest of your patches and more petals - even though I think you're officially done with this tunic. I;m having Daddy iron them on tonight!
