Snow/Skiing 2022 - Soundwaves!

Climb Nashville with siblings!

 It snowed and snowed some more. Then we went skiing at Perfect North with Audrey. 

We spent 2 days at soundwaves - and we sent the teens - Lucie Jane, Ainsley, Glancy, and Graham - on a photo scavenger hunt!

I think yall actually had fun!

Snow Day 2021

 It iced and then snowed - and you were out of school all week. We had fun sledding on our street. Then ended the week with a Mardi Yard parade!

 

Snow Day Round 2

Maevy -

You were supposed to be Superhero of the Week - this week...but they've closed school the last 3 days. You'r Valentine's Day party has been moved to tomorrow (we're thinking there will be school) and a field trip to the symphony was cancelled. Oh and Daddy's been gone...phew - what a week. 

Thanks for being such a trooper from coming to work with Mommy, going to breakfast with Mommy, and hanging with friends at Shelby Park Community Center the last couple of days. Good thing we've been on top of your homework still - because Ms. Young emailed this morning saying - it's still due tomorrow!

At Mommy's work - diligently working on Valentine's Day themed cubicle art for a couple of my co-workers - 

Grandma sent a couple books for Valentine's Day...one that you basically read in (1) 50 minute session - this is you after you finished it, and then sweetly requested that we get you all of them in the series and by the author. 

Then guess what - Monday is President's Day - no school that day either. I guess eventually you'll go back...you might be 7 by then!

You had fun spent lots of time sledding down our slide. Next year we get you some waterproof gear!

This is a first - 4 inches the day after your birthday!

We spent a little bit of time outside, but neither you nor your brother really love snow.

Snow Day

It actually snowed over the weekend. We did take you out to let you "play" with the snow. You weren't very interested and actually seemed pretty upset. See pics. But because of the snow our big plans of going to both the Country Music Hall of Fame and Cheekwood were canceled. Instead we played at home and enjoyed the warmth inside.
